Choo

Choo (チュウ, Chū?) is an archerfish fishman and the sniper of the Arlong Pirates. Like the rest of the crew, he looks down on humans, seeing them as inferior. Choo, Hachi, and Kuroobi took down Commodore Purinpurin of the marines and his men with ease, Choo taking Purinpurin down personally. He can spit water out of his mouth as if it were a bullet. Choo, like all fishmen, has immense physical strength, and can breath on land and underwater. He is voiced by Masaya Onosaka in the Japanese version. In the English dubs, he is voiced by Tom Wayland for 4Kids, and by Jay Hickman for Funimation.
