Kuroobi

Kuroobi (クロオビ, Kuroobi?) is a manta ray fishman and a member of the Arlong Pirates. Kuroobi is one of the strictest members in his crew and has always been wary of Nami's supposed allegiance to Arlong. Kuroobi uses "Fishman Karate" (renamed "Merman Karate" in the 4Kids dub) to fight his opponents. He is a level 40 practitioner of this martial art, causing great injury to Sanji in their battle, especially underwater. As a fishman, Kuroobi has an advantage underwater, he can breath both on land and underwater. Kuroobi also has incredible physical strength. He is voiced by Hisao Egawa in the Japanese version. In the English dubs, he is voiced by Sean Schemmel for 4Kids, and by Patrick Seitz for Funimation.
