Mr. 4

Mr. 4 (ミスター・フォー, Misutā Fō?) is an Officer Agent of Baroque Works, and his partner is Ms. Merry Christmas. Mr. 4 is mentally slow and dimwitted. He seems incapable of thinking for himself at all and often just did what his partner told him to do. He laughs freely, but speaks rarely and very slowly, usually taking most of a scene to articulate a short sentence. Mr. 4 is very physically strong, and able to wield a baseball bat that weighs four tons with no effort, but extremely slow in nature. Mr. 4 also uses his bazooka, Lassoo, to hit the timed exploding baseballs (with his four ton baseball bat) Lassoo shoots out. He is voiced by Masaya Takatsuka in the Japanese version. In the English dubs, he is voiced by Dan Green for 4Kids, and by Scott Hinze for Funimation.
