Pagaya

Pagaya (パガヤ?) is Conis's father and a brilliant inventor from Skypiea. Pagaya has a habit of apologizing for everything, even things that he isn't even responsible for. He seems to hold no grudges against anyone and is very humble towards just about everyone. Pagaya evens helps the Straw Hat Pirates despite the fact that they are labeled as criminals for not paying their toll fee. He is voiced by Mahito Oba in the Japanese version. In the English dub, he is voiced by Grant James for Funimation.
