Eneru

Eneru (エネル?), is the "God" of Skypiea.ch.254 Though "God" is traditionally only the title for the island's ruler, Eneru takes it literally,ch.274 forcing the population to worship and serve him.ch.255 Eneru ate a logia Devil Fruit called the Rumble-Rumble Fruit (ゴロゴロの実, Goro Goro no Mi?), which gives him the ability to manipulate, generate, and transform into electricity.ch.266 Additionally, he is able to use Mantra (マントラ, Mantora?), an ability that somehow allows one to predict a being's movement and to sense any conscious being's position within a certain range.ch.257 Used in conjunction, these abilities extend his hearing over the entire country and allow him to immediately punish those who speak up against him.ch.278 Eneru believes that he is a divine and immortal being, with the authority to do, take or destroy whatever he pleases and is capable of doing anything. As the result, he appears fearless, childish, arrogant and apathetic. His lifestyle is relaxed and hedonistic. Eneru's overly long earlobes reach down to his chest, similar to some depictions of Buddha, and like the god of thunder and lightning, Raijin, he wears a ring of drums, showing a tomoe on the drumhead, on his back.ch.254 He is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa in the Japanese version of the anime.ep.167 In the English dubs, he is voiced by Wayne Grayson for 4Kids, and by J. Michael Tatum for Funimation.ep.167

Eneru is the leader of his own personal army. They consist of, aside from Eneru himself, the Skypiea Priests (神官, Shinkan?, renamed "Kami's Vassals" in the English manga, "Sky Knights" in the edited Funimation dub, and "Vassals" in the 4Kids dub), who are Ohm, Satori, Gedatsu, and Shura, and the fifty Enforcers (神兵, Shinpei?), led by the Enforcer Commander Yama.ch.257 The unnamed enforcers, additionally, tend to make goat-like noises, and use "Axe Dials" in battle.ch.258
