Lafitte

Lafitte (ラフィット Rafitto?, renamed "Rafitte" in the edited dub) is a member and navigator of the Blackbeard Pirates. During his tenure as a policeman, Lafitte was excessively cruel and violent, to the point of being exiled from the West Blue. In contradiction to his past, Lafitte now seems to be a calm and quiet individual. He has yet to show the cruelty of his past. He is also a heavy believer of luck, fate, and dreams. Lafitte seems to have eaten an unnamed, and unknown class Devil Fruit that allows him to transform his arms into wings and fly. It is also revealed that he also has the ability to hypnotize. This ability could possibly have some relationship to his Devil Fruit powers, but this is unconfirmed. Lafitte is a swordsman who possesses a shikomizue for his weapon of choice. He is voiced by Taiki Matsuno in the Japanese version. In the English dub, he is voiced by Christopher Bevins for Funimation.
